Alida’s journey began in her early twenties, when she broke away from traditional norms to explore the spiritual and metaphysical dimensions of life. Through her own personal transformation and challenges, she developed the intuitive and empathic skills that now guide her healing work.

She has over 20 years of experience as a coach, healer, and teacher, working with individuals, groups, and corporate clients. Alida’s practice integrates Family Constellation Therapy, Tarot, Numerology, and energy healing to support clients on multiple levels: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.

Her work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and empowerment, creating a safe space where clients can explore, release, and grow.
