Leán stated her career as a professional contemporary dancer and choreographer. She was one of the founder members of the PACT Dance company in 1988 and have performed and created works for all the national arts festivals across the country, including Infecting the City in Cape Town. She is qualified as Voice Movement Therapy practitioner Practitioner. Currently she is working as a sexuality coach and her passion is to guide people to feel the flow of their life-force energy.
